Ok so I'm going to try to blog about success and weight loss for me. I have a closet full of clothes I need to fit back into. I don't want to go buy fat clothes so I need to lose some weight. Any suggestions about weight loss or good tips would be great. Or any success stories I would love to here about. I'm a skinny girl trapped in a fat suit and Ive got to get rid of it. I'm not sure what my plan of attack is right now I just know I need to workout more and cut the fatty and sweet foods. Wish me luck!

Its actually quite simple, we just seem to make it hard. You need to have more calories burned than calories in. You need to do have at least 60 minutes of cardio a day to see "significant" weight loss. And also two days a week at least of strength training for an hour. Adding strength training is essential because you will gain more lean muscle which will allow you to burn more calories even at rest:) Good luck Shanda! If you want me to figure your daily caloric needs, I can. You can do it!
I'm a goodlooking guy trapped in a goodlooking body ~!
I've been working on this since January. It hasn't been fast, but it's been working! If you go to my blog tags and click on Ssimbwa, you can read about my journey. Good luck!
I agree with what the Lybrook family said. Cardio and strength training go hand in hand. Also, if you drink soda....stay away from it altogether. Drink lots of water. You'll do great. The hard part for me is giving up my sweets....oh how I have a sweet tooth.
I have lost 45 pounds. I started running and after a few months of little weight loss, I decided to start the south beach diet in April. In 2 months I dropped 31 pounds. So I would say diet really is a key. I run 3 to 4 times a week and then weight train every other day. Good luck you will do great!
Happiness is a relative concept. Perhaps you have a happy relaxed at the beginning of any weight loss program, but I'm sure you will feel very happy when you see all the changes made to your life, because you get the right decision. Caralluma burn
